Session 1: The value of ITIL® Practitioner 

This session offers an introduction to ITIL Practitioner and how it complements the existing ITIL certification framework. You’ll learn how the new qualification can be used in a practical, applicable way, empowering individuals to quickly deliver the value of ITIL to their organization.

Session 2: Transform Knowledge into Practice (Strategy and Design Focus)

This session explains how becoming ITIL Practitioner-certified will help you provide value within your roles and organizations. It will introduce you to a number of ITIL Practitioner core competencies and principles that will help you adapt and adopt ITIL to best suit your organization’s needs.

Session 3: Transform Knowledge into Practice (Transition and Operation Focus) 

This session is for ITSM professionals looking for concrete reasons that prove becoming ITIL® Practitioner-certified will help you provide value within your roles and organizations. The session will introduce you to a number of ITIL Practitioner core competencies and principles that will help you adapt and adopt ITIL to best suit your organization’s needs.
