Course Approach
The AQRO® Foundation Training is three days. During the training, you will learn the fundamentals of AQRO and how to apply this in your organization. In the training you will practice with exercises to build hands-on skills. The training will introduce you to the variance of the AQRO® methodology related to HR elements like change Approaches and how to understand people’s and teams behavior and attitude.

This course is delivered using an exciting case study designed to further enhance the candidates understanding of AQRO®. Students who have attended this course are prepared to successfully take the associated AQRO® Foundation certification exam.

Students will receive an AQRO® Foundation classroom workbook containing all of the presentation materials, the case study, and sample exam questions.
